This page describes the management methods of the site in relation to the processing pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the personal data of users who consult it and to their confidentiality. Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The "owner" of the processing of personal data processed following consultation of our site and any other data used for the provision of our services is Made Network Srl, Via Macanno, 38/N - 47923 Rimini.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing connected to the web services of this site physically hosted "at the "Made Network Srl - Via Macanno, 38/N - 47923 Rimini", takes place at the aforementioned headquarters and they are only handled by technical personnel of the Office in charge of processing, or by those in charge of occasional maintenance operations. The personal data provided by users who forward requests or send informative material (information, newsletters, registrations, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or provision requested and are not communicated to third parties, except in the following possible cases:

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data they are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: the data on web contacts will be stored until the purpose is exhausted and in any case for 6 years as indicated  in Law 20 November 2017 n. 167.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

The data will be stored only for the registration required to send newsletters or special offers and will not be communicated to anyone. We do not collect or use personal information about visitors to the website. Visitors remain anonymous. The only exception concerns the personally identifiable information necessary to access your reserved area.

DATA CONSERVATION PERIOD OR CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING THE PERIOD

In compliance with the provisions of the art. 5 paragraph 1 letter. e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed.

The retention times of personal data provided via the website depend on the purpose of the processing carried out, in particular:

• purposes relating to technical navigation data for the correct functioning of the website: conservation only for the relevant session, at the end of which the data is deleted;

No personal data of users is acquired by the site for this purpose. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are so-called cookies used. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users. The use of the so-called Session cookies are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed.

are strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site. The so-called Session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques potentially prejudicial to the privacy of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.

OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms to Made Network or otherwise indicated in contacts to request the sending of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

TREATMENT METHODS

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected indicated in this information. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

FIGHTING UNWANTED MAIL (SPAM)

"Spam" refers to any commercial email sent without the recipient's permission. “Commercial email” is defined as any email message the primary purpose of which is to convey commercial advertising or promotion of a product or service. Made Network offers an "Email Marketing" service but this must be used for the sole and exclusive purpose of sending messages to recipients who have given their consent to receive advertising messages. With the exception of the "Email Marketing" service, the sending of advertising or promotional messages is not permitted. However, the sending of transactional messages to recipients with whom the User has commercial or other relationships is permitted. Made Network is strongly committed to fighting "Spam", which is why it applies systematic monitoring of all the activities of the email accounts it manages. Violation of the above terms will result in the immediate suspension or termination of the managed email account.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by the art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take action in the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
